Jessie L. VanCamp

Jessie L. VanCamp is an attorney at Olson, Juntunen & Cobb, Ltd. in Grand Forks, North Dakota. She concentrates her practice primarily on family law matters involving juvenile law, adoptions, guardianships, divorce, child custody and support, domestic violence, restraining orders, child protective services (CPS) matters, marital agreements and grandparents’ rights. Additionally, she handles criminal defense and estate planning issues. She serves clients across North Dakota, Minnesota and the Red River Valley area.

Ms. VanCamp completed her Bachelor of Arts in philosophy at the University of North Dakota in 2009. She went on to study law at the University of North Dakota School of Law in Grand Forks, where she earned her Juris Doctor with distinction in 2012.

A diligent professional with over a decade of experience, Ms. VanCamp strives to incorporate her compassion into the field of law to help people figure their way out of difficult situations. She finds custom-tailored solutions according to the needs and priorities of her clients and makes sure to educate her clients on the legal provisions and steps of litigation so they can better understand the process and make informed decisions. 

Experienced and trained in collaborative law, Ms. VanCamp has shouldered several mediations in Minnesota and is a qualified neutral on the State Court Administrator's Rule 114 Neutral Roster. She also has experience functioning as a parenting investigator in North Dakota.

Ms. VanCamp is admitted to practice in the state courts of North Dakota (2012) and Minnesota (2013) as well as the federal courts of North Dakota. She holds memberships in legal organizations such as the Greater Grand Forks County Bar Association, the Minnesota State Bar Association and the State Bar Association of North Dakota.
