Briana L. Rummel

Briana L. Rummel is a shareholder and attorney of Vogel Law Firm, located in Bismarck, North Dakota, where she represents individuals, businesses and healthcare providers in a broad range of litigation and regulatory matters. Her practice focuses on medical malpractice, healthcare law, professional liability, insurance law and litigation, personal injury, and wrongful death. Admitted to practice in North Dakota and South Dakota, Ms. Rummel is also admitted before the U.S. District Court for the District of North Dakota, the U.S. District Court for the District of South Dakota, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States. She is an active member of the Judge Bruce M. Van Sickle Inn of Court, the North Dakota, South Dakota and Big Muddy bar associations, and serves as a mentor through the University of Nebraska College of Law Mentorship Program.
