Jason W. McLean is an attorney at the law firm of Parvey, Larson, and McLean, PLLC, in Fargo, North Dakota. He is a mediator through the North Dakota Family Mediation Program and is a registered family mediator in Minnesota.
Involved in his legal community, Mr. McLean is an active participant in the State Bar Association of North Dakota. He has served as chair for the association’s family law section and co-chaired the family law task force. He has also presented lectures at various family law seminars and as a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association.
In 2017 and 2023, Mr. McLean was involved with drafting proposed legislation and testifying in front of the North Dakota Legislative Assembly. He was formerly involved with the Keeping Kids First committee during the 2014 North Dakota election, serving as a liaison and committee member.
Mr. McLean earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of North Dakota and received his law degree from the University of North Dakota School of Law. He holds licenses to practice law in North Dakota and Minnesota and is a qualified mediator in both states.
