Lukas Croaker

Lukas Croaker is a shareholder at Ohnstad Twichell, P.C., in West Fargo, North Dakota, where he focuses his practice on municipal and water law. He provides legal guidance to municipalities, public utilities and other governmental entities, assisting with governance, regulatory compliance, water rights and related policy matters. Mr. Croaker earned his Juris Doctor from the University of North Dakota School of Law after completing his undergraduate studies at North Dakota State University, where he majored in political science and minored in criminal justice. During law school, he gained valuable experience as an extern for the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of North Dakota and as a legal intern for the North Dakota Legislature, providing him with insight into government operations and public law.

Since joining Ohnstad Twichell, P.C., Mr. Croaker has become a key member of the West Fargo office. In 2023, he was elevated to shareholder, reflecting his dedication to clients and his experience in municipal and water law matters. He is an active member of the North Dakota League of Cities Municipal Attorneys Association, currently serving as President-Elect, and participates in numerous professional and community organizations, including the Dakota Southeast Pheasants Forever Board of Directors and the Norman Lutheran Church Council.
