Donald J. Malarcik

Donald J. Malarcik is an attorney at Malarcik, Pierce, Munyer & Will, Attorneys at Law, in Akron, Ohio. Mr. Malarcik concentrates his practice on federal criminal defense cases, serving clients in Summit and the surrounding counties. He also represents clients in the Youngstown and Warren areas, including Mahoning and Trumbull counties.

An accomplished litigator with over 20 years of experience, Mr. Malarcik has successfully argued on behalf of clients in both civil and criminal cases. In addition to criminal defense, he also has experience in personal injury law, representing clients who have been injured or lost a loved one due to negligence.

A graduate of the renowned Trial Lawyers College, Mr. Malarcik has experience with all types of criminal matters, including both misdemeanors and felonies, as well as juvenile law. He now serves on the faculty of the Trial Lawyers College.

In honor of his achievements and accomplishments, Cleveland Magazine named Mr. Malarcik one of the “top criminal defense lawyers” in northeastern Ohio. He has also been recognized by the publication Leading Lawyers.

Mr. Malarcik earned a bachelor’s degree from Kent State University and received his law degree from The University of Akron School of Law. While attending law school, he gained practical legal experience by interning with a judge on the Supreme Court of Ohio.

Following law school graduation, Mr. Malrcik took the Ohio bar examination and obtained his license to practice law. Hs is qualified to appear before all Ohio state courts, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit.
