He then enrolled at The University of Akron School of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor in 1981 and, in the same year, gained his licensure to practice law in Ohio. He is also admitted to appear before the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit and the U.S. District Courts in both Ohio and Michigan.

A former president of the Akron Bar Association, Mr. Morrison frequently lectures on legal strategy while earning prestigious awards for both professional excellence and quality client service.
