He then went on to pursue his legal education at Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and was awarded his Juris Doctor in 1985. Certified in civil trial advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, Mr. Weisensell is admitted to practice in Ohio and Florida. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States.
