CF Bank (2007)  Arbitration award in excess of $600,000 arising from breach of contract.   Fed Ex v. Denholm (2007)  Judgment in favor of Defendant against injunction on claims of misappropriation of trade secrets.  Integres v. Amerman, et al.  (2007)  Judgment in favor of Plaintiff for an injunction against eight employees for misappropriation of trade secrets.  Hout, et al v. City of Mansfield (2008) Federal court granted summary judgment in favor of Defendants on $7 million claims of discrimination.  Plaintiffs paid costs and a portion of attorneys' fees.  Brechbuhler v. Brechbuhler, et al. (2008) Summary judgment in favor of Defendants on tortious interference claim.  Affirmed by the Ninth Judicial District (2008). Krug v. WasteQuip (1993) Judgment in favor of Defendant on its counterclaim for damages arising from breaches of warranty.  Rodic v. Celebrezze, et al (1988) Obtained summary judgment on behalf of a federal judge against claims of violations of First Amendment and civil rights and assault.  Affirmed by Eighth Judicial District.   Sedlak v. CDG Group LLC (2010)  Ninth Judicial District affirmed trial court's decision denying a Workers' Compensation appeal.   Jacobs v. Jacobs (2011)  AAA arbitration award accepting client's value of shares in a shareholder dispute. Demming v. Lou Ritenour Interiors (2014) Obtained summary judgment against claims of breach of contract, fraud and defamation in employment case.   Haight, et al v. Minchak, et al  2016 Ohio LEXIS 743 (Mar. 17, 2016) Won reversal of an appellate court's decision that outside salespeople are not exempt from the minimum wage provisions of the FLSA.  Cavanaugh Gorby, et al. v.
