Mr. Stevenson graduated from Miami University in 1989 with a bachelor’s degree in economics. He later attended the University of California – Hastings College of the Law ­in 1992 and received his Juris Doctor. Not one to rest on his laurels, he earned his Ph.D. in sociology and criminology from Indiana University in 1997. He is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana.

Mr. Stevenson is professionally affiliated with many prominent legal organizations, including the Fairfield County Bar Association, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL), the Indiana State Bar Association and the Ohio State Bar Association. Additionally, he is a past president and current board member of the Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He is also a graduate of the NACDL’s National Criminal Defense College.

Many achievements and honors have been bestowed upon Mr. Stevenson. This includes being rated “Superb” on Avvo, receiving the Client Satisfaction award from the American Institute of DUI/DWI Attorneys and being a Lifetime Charter Member of the Best Attorneys in America by Rue Ratings. He is also a member of The National Trial Lawyers – Top 100.
