While in law school, Mr. Eisen served on the Harvard Environmental Law Review and won the Addison Brown Prize for his legal writing skills. After graduation, he served for one year as a law clerk for a judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit and then joined the U.S. Department of Justice, spending three years as a trial attorney before going into private practice.
Admitted to practice in Ohio and the District of Columbia, Mr. Eisen is also admitted to practice law before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Northern Districts of Ohio, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States.
