Brian N. Eisen

Brian N. Eisen is the managing partner at The Eisen Law Firm Co., L.P.A., located in Cleveland, Ohio. Focusing his practice exclusively on civil litigation, he represents clients throughout the northeast portion of the state who have been harmed by the negligent acts or omissions of medical professionals and health care facilities, handling both medical malpractice and wrongful death cases.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Eisen received his undergraduate degree in neurobiology from Harvard University in 1988, graduating magna cum laude. He then went on to attend Harvard Law School and was awarded his Juris Doctor cum laude in 1992. While in law school, Mr. Eisen served on the Harvard Environmental Law Review and won the Addison Brown Prize for his legal writing skills. After graduation, he served for one year as a law clerk for a judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit and then joined the U.S. Department of Justice, spending three years as a trial attorney before going into private practice.

Admitted to practice in Ohio and the District of Columbia, Mr. Eisen is also admitted to practice law before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Northern Districts of Ohio, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States. A member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, he is highly regarded by his fellow professionals, as evidenced by his 10.0 "Superb" peer review rating through Avvo. Mr. Eisen is also long been active participant in several legal organizations, including the Ohio Association for Justice, where he is a former chair of its Medical Malpractice Section, the Cleveland Academy of Trial Attorneys and the American Association for Justice. He is frequently called upon to give presentations on trial strategies and related topics.
