Peter W. Marmaros

Peter W. Marmaros is a founding attorney and partner of Djordjevic & Marmaros, LLC, in Beachwood, Ohio. Mr. Marmaros has more than 35 years of experience representing individuals and families in matters involving birth injury, medical malpractice, wrongful death and other catastrophic injuries. His clients come from throughout the state of Ohio and nationwide.

An experienced litigator, Mr. Marmaros represents victims of catastrophic injury, recovering millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts for his clients. In addition to running his practice, he is a former grand jury foreman.  

Mr. Marmaros earned a bachelor’s degree from Baldwin Wallace University in Berea, Ohio, and received his law degree from Cleveland State University Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. He obtained his law license in 1983, qualifying him to practice in all Ohio state courts.

Before founding Djordjevic & Marmaros, LLC, Mr. Marmaros practiced at another Ohio-based law firm, defending hospitals and physicians against claims of medical negligence or malpractice. He opened his own law firm in 1994 and formed Djordjevic & Marmaros, LLC, in 2005.

Mr. Marmaros stays involved in his legal community through membership in various professional organizations. He belongs to the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the American Association for Justice. He gives back to his community through participation in the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law Alumni Association.
