Matthew C. He then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in environmental science at Oregon State University, Corvallis, Oregon, graduating in 2012. He furthered his education at Vermont Law School, earning his Juris Doctor and a certificate in criminal law in 2017.
During his time in law school, Mr. Mollica gained valuable experience through internships, including a full-time judicial externship at the Supreme Court of Ohio with Justice William M. O’Neill, as well as positions at the Delaware County Prosecutor’s Office, the Windsor County State’s Attorney’s Office, and Vermont Law School’s Environmental and Natural Resource Law Clinic.
In the legal community, Mr. Mollica is an active member of several organizations, including the Trial Lawyers College, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the National College for DUI Defense, the DUI Defense Lawyers Association, the Muskingum County Bar Association, the Guernsey Bar, the Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Ohio State Bar Association.
Beyond his legal pursuits, Mr. Mollica is deeply involved in his community. He has volunteered with organizations such as Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, the Boys and Girls Club of America, and SCORE. His passion for sports is evident in his coaching roles, including serving as the assistant varsity basketball coach for South Royalton High School and the assistant varsity/head freshman basketball coach for Franklin Heights High School.
