Jonathan Hollingsworth

A highly regarded civil litigation attorney, Jonathan Hollingworth is a member of Hollingsworth & Washington, LLC. From the firm's office in Centerville, Ohio, he advocates on behalf of individual and business clients throughout the state. Admitted to practice before all Ohio state courts since 1983, Mr. Hollingsworth is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia Circuit, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit.

Mr. Hollingsworth provides representation for companies and high net worth individuals in a variety of matters. The types of cases that he has handled over his distinguished career have been grounded in workplace discrimination and other labor and employment law issues, business disputes and torts, and breach of fiduciary duty. Mr. Hollingworth's experience has also encompassed trademark infringement, professional malpractice, consumer protection, and personal injury and wrongful death litigation. Mr. Hollingsworth majored in American intellectual history at Harvard University, and he received a Bachelor of Arts in 1980. He then went on to attend The University of Michigan Law School and was awarded his Juris Doctor in 1983. A past president and former member of the board of governors of the Ohio State Bar Association, Mr. Hollingsworth is a member of the board of directors of the Ohio Center for Law-Related Education.
