Bobbie Loper Flynt

Bobbie Loper Flynt is a veteran trial lawyer at Crandall & Pera Law, LLC, in Chagrin Falls, Ohio. She brings more than 20 years of litigation experience to every case she handles. A former insurance defense attorney, she now dedicates her practice to representing victims of medical negligence, personal injury, wrongful death and birth injury. She also has a distinctive focus on vaccine injury cases, representing clients before the U.S. Court of Federal Claims through the federal Vaccine Injury Compensation Program.

An Ohio native, Ms. Flynt grew up in Dayton. She earned her B.S. in finance from Wright State University, cum laude. After graduation, she worked as an analyst at Dayton Power & Light Company, focusing on regulatory compliance and liaising with the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio. She then attended the University of Dayton School of Law, where she earned her J.D., cum laude, and received multiple academic honors, including the American Jurisprudence Award in Torts II and Individual Income Tax, and the College of Law Merit Scholarship.

Ms. Flynt is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association’s Litigation Division, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, the Ohio Association for Justice, the Cleveland Academy of Trial Attorneys, the Mahoning County Bar Association and the Vaccine Injured Petitioners Bar Association.

Admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Ohio, Ms. Flynt is also licensed to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit, and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.
