Eric W. Henry

Eric W. Henry is the owner of The Eric Henry Law Firm, which is based in Chagrin Falls, Ohio. Focusing his practice primarily on personal injury and civil litigation matters, he takes on cases that involve medical malpractice, car accidents, wrongful death and so on. Serving the people of Cleveland and Northeast Ohio, he takes on litigation as well as class action cases. 

While obtaining his bachelor’s degree in English and psychology from Kent State University, Mr. Henry worked three jobs to pay for university and graduated magna cum laude. He attended the Case Western Reserve University School of Law and earned his doctorate in jurisprudence cum laude in 2010. When he was in high school, he was a wrestler and a cross-country runner. He channels his competitive spirit through honing his litigating and trial skills for the benefit of his clients. 

Throughout his legal career, Mr. Henry has taken on cases against some of the country's biggest companies and has gained invaluable experience investigating incidents, litigating catastrophic losses, and holding wrongdoers responsible. This has resulted in him developing cutting-edge strategies and techniques, as well as adopting emerging technologies, which enables him to provide efficient and effective legal representation to his clients. 

Mr. Henry is actively affiliated with the legal community through his memberships in the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association and the Ohio Association for Justice. He has obtained numerous million-dollar and multimillion-dollar verdicts and settlements on behalf of his clients.
