Dennis J. Ibold

As one of the founders of  Ibold & O'Brien, Dennis J. Ibold is committed to providing comprehensive representation for people in Northeast Ohio. He has been licensed to practice for more than 40 years and handles cases including personal injury, family law, real estate, and business law and litigation matters.

Mr. Ibold earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Marquette University. He then went on to receive a Juris Doctor from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law / Cleveland State University.

Mr. Ibold has built a career on providing for clients’ needs through honest discussions, steadfast advocacy and a results-oriented approach to each case. Though the details of each matter may vary, the goal of every issue remains the same: to serve the client’s best interests. Mr. Ibold has done this time and again, whether representing a parent in a divorce case or negotiating a real estate transaction for a startup business.

Mr. Ibold is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the Geauga County Bar Association and the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. In engaging with peers and participating in these organizations’ events, he learns new tactics and has access to tools that improve his service to clients.

For his many accomplishments, Mr. Ibold has earned the rating of Martindale-Hubbell Distinguished* from Martindale-Hubbell; he has been listed in Strathmore’s Who’s Who; and the American Society of Legal Advocates named him to its Top 100 Lawyers list concerning family law attorneys in Ohio.
