In a relatively short time, Charles E. Prior to foraying into the world of law, Mr. Rust completed his undergraduate studies in communication studies and history at Northern Kentucky University, where he was a part of the Student Government Association, Sigma Phi Epsilon, the Interfraternity Council and Lambda Pi Eta. Soon after graduating with his B.A. degree in 2013, he enrolled at the Northern Kentucky University – Salmon P. Chase College of Law and received his Juris Doctor in 2017.
During his time in law school, Mr. Rust took part in many activities and events that shaped and refined his legal acumen and knowledge, including serving as Editor-In-Chief of the Northern Kentucky Law Review and being part of the inaugural class of the W. Bruce Lunsford Academy for Law, Business + Technology. Moreover, he also completed a course at the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law in 2019 pertaining to emerging new technologies and its effect on business and law.
The same year he graduated law school, Mr. Rust was also granted his license to practice in Ohio and Kentucky, and later, admission to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Ohio and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky.
Mr. Rust is hardworking and strives to provide his clients with the relief they require to keep their lives moving.
