Ms. Dutton is admitted to practice before the state, federal and appellate courts in all of Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana courts, the United States Supreme Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit.
Active in the legal community, Ms. Dutton is a member of the Cincinnati Bar Association, Kentucky Bar Association, and the Northern Kentucky Bar Association. In addition to her routine practice, she actively volunteers at her alma mater where she studied law and is a member of the Dean’s board of visitors. She is also a “suit” with Suits that Rock, a local non-profit that raises funds for the Carnegie Center for the Arts, and loves singing on stage for this great cause.
