Mr. Jenkins is also a staunch advocate for the rights of consumers, and he has earned a reputation as one of the area's leading civil attorneys.

Among his notable accomplishments, he helped secure a settlement of more than $165 million for a class of city employees in their lawsuit against the Cincinnati Retirement System. He also recently settled a case for $500,000 plus attorney fees on behalf of a group of fast food restaurant workers in a case involving minimum wage and overtime violations, and he represented and secured a significant settlement for the Cincinnati Bengals cheerleading squad in their wage-related claim.

Widely regarded as a leader in his field, Mr. Jenkins routinely conducts lectures and seminars across the region on a variety of legal topics related to FMLA issues, unlawful debt collection practices, electronic privacy violations and other subjects. He also serves as counsel for the Cincinnati Organized and Dedicated Employees organization, a union representing the City of Cincinnati's approximately 1,000 professional employees.

A graduate of Pennsylvania State University, Mr. Jenkins obtained his Juris Doctor cum laude from the University of Wisconsin Law School. He is licensed to practice in Wisconsin and Ohio.
