Among his notable accomplishments, he helped secure a settlement of more than $165 million for a class of city employees in their lawsuit against the Cincinnati Retirement System. He also settled a case for $500,000 on behalf of a group of fast food restaurant workers in a case involving wage and overtime violations, and he represented and secured a significant settlement for the Cincinnati Bengals cheerleading squad in their wage-related claim.

Widely regarded as a leader in his field, Mr. Jenkins routinely conducts lectures and seminars across his region on a variety of legal topics related to FMLA issues, unlawful debt practices, electronic privacy violations and other subjects. He also serves as counsel for the Cincinnati Organized and Dedicated Employees organization.
