Christopher Pogue

Immigration Attorney Christopher Pogue is a native of Cincinnati, Ohio. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of St. Andrews in Scotland, UK - and later his law degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law where he was an Editor for the Human Rights Quartely published by Johns Hopkins Press and Fellow of the Urban Morgan Institute for Human Rights.   Christopher's practice includes a broad range of immigration case types from Family based Immigration (including Marriage cases, Parent Cases, IR-1/CR-1 visas, and K-1 visas), Naturalization, and Employment based Immigration to Waivers, Appeals, and Motions before USCIS, the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA), and the Administrative Appeals Office (AAO).   Over the course of Christopher's career he has obtained more than 2,000 Green Card for his clients, Naturalized more then 750 individuals, and won dozens complex waiver cases. Christopher is also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and has served several terms as the AILA Immigration Attorney Liaison to the USCIS Cincinnati Field Office.
