Daniel N. Moore

Daniel N. Moore is an attorney with The Moore Law Firm in Cincinnati, Ohio. Serving plaintiff clients throughout Ohio and Kentucky, Mr. Moore devotes his practice exclusively to personal injury and wrongful death claims arising from medical malpractice, motor vehicle crashes, trucking collisions, defective products, farming and industrial accidents, nursing home abuse, and any other preventable tragedies caused by the negligence of others.

During the course of his more than 20 years in practice, Mr. Moore has achieved notable success advocating on behalf of innocent victims and their families. A 1999 summa cum laude graduate of Washington State University, Mr. Moore attended the University of Cincinnati College of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctor in 2003. The Ohio State Bar Association admitted him to practice that same year, and the Kentucky Bar Association admitted him in 2010. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky, United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.
