Erinn McKee Hannigan

A partner at Stagnaro Hannigan Koop Co., LPA, Erinn McKee Hannigan handles matters of collaborative divorce, mediation representation, dissolution, negotiation, review and advise, and is a mediator, guardian ad litem and parenting coordinator. After spending half her career working in the court system, she now focuses her efforts on helping her clients obtain settlements out of court through alternative dispute resolution such as mediation, collaborative practice and arbitration.

In 1995, Ms. Hannigan graduated with honors from Ball State University, then went on to Loyola University Chicago School of Law to earn a Juris Doctor in 2002. While in law school, she earned a Certificate of Childlaw as she concentrated her studies in family and child law. Ms. Hannigan is licensed to practice in North Carolina and Ohio, and is extensively experienced in high-conflict family matters, juvenile court issues and domestic relations.

A member of the Cincinnati Academy of Collaborative Professionals, the Cincinnati Bar Association Domestic Relations Section, the International Association of Collaborative Professionals, the North Carolina Bar Association and the Ohio Bar Association, Ms. Hannigan is also co-chair of Cinderella’s Closet, Northern Kentucky. In the Hamilton County Court of Domestic Relations, she has been appointed as a guardian ad litem.

Erinn is consistently named as a Superlawyer in Ohio since 2007, was named as one of the Top 25 Women Lawyers in Cincinnati in 2016, 2019 & 2020, Top 50 Superlawyers in Cincinnati in 2019 & 2020 and Top 50 Women Lawyers in Ohio in 2019 & 2020.
