  • Greg Delev has served as Special Counsel under five different Attorney Generals including Betty Montgomery and Jim Petro. The legal needs of the agencies, departments, boards, commissions, colleges, universities, public retirement systems, and people of the State of Ohio are vast and varied. The appointment is made pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 109.07. The use of Special Counsel by the Attorney General spans decades and the attorneys who serve the State and its people in this manner recognize it as an opportunity to make an exponential impact and rightfully count themselves among an elite class of public servants. His service has been primarily in the Collections Enforcement section which is statutorily responsible for collecting past due debts owed to the state of Ohio and in Bankruptcy matters.
