Jake Michael Cropper

Upon graduating from Mount St. Joseph University with a bachelor’s degree in history and legal studies, Mr. Cropper pursued his legal studies at the University of Dayton School of Law. He earned his Juris Doctor in 2023 and, in the following year, was admitted to practice law in Ohio. He has pushed through difficult cases ever since, representing clients who were blamed by insurance companies and winning them. He approaches each such case with a firm determination to expose the flaws in the defense's narrative and force them to accept responsibility.

In 2025, alongside co-counsel Lindsay Lawrence, Mr. Cropper took a premises-liability wrongful death suit to trial after the defense offered a mere $37,500 settlement. The victim was a 96-year-old legally blind woman who had tragically fallen from a nursing home window. Viewing the low offer as an insult to the victim’s life and her grieving family, Jake chose to fight. His resolve paid off after a two-week trial, with the jury awarding a $3 million verdict, holding the facility accountable and finally securing the justice the family deserved.
