James H. Moskowitz

James H. Moskowitz is an attorney and the founder of Moskowitz & Moskowitz, LLC, Attorneys at Law, in Cincinnati, Ohio. Mr. Moskowitz focuses his practice on family law, representing Ohio residents in actions involving divorce, annulment, child support, custody, dissolution, legal separation, parenting time, paternity, pre-marital agreements, spousal support and visitation.

In addition to his litigation experience, Mr. Moskowitz is trained in collaborative law methods such as mediation and serves in the role of a guardian ad litem. He has been licensed to practice law in Ohio since 1994 and has more than 20 years of experience. He practices throughout Ohio, including in Butler, Clermont, Hamilton and Warren counties.

Mr. Moskowitz received a bachelor’s degree from the Ohio State University and earned his law degree from Northern Kentucky University Salmon P. Chase College of Law. As a complement to his law degree, he is also certified as a family law specialist by the Ohio State Bar Association.

Active in his legal community, Mr. Moskowitz belongs to the Cincinnati Bar Association and the Ohio State Bar Association. He is part of the Ohio State Bar Association’s family law committee. He previously served as chair of the Cincinnati Bar Association’s domestic relations committee and belonged to the association’s workgroup on collaborative family law, which reported to the Supreme Court of Ohio subcommittee on alternative dispute resolution.

Mr. Moskowitz is active in various other professional organizations as well, as a member of the Cincinnati Academy of Collaborative Professionals and serving on the Hamilton County Court of Domestic Relations committee on case management.
