She has obtained millions of dollars in compensation for her clients through jury awards and negotiated settlements, and many of her cases have attracted national attention. In one such employment case against a major accounting firm, Ms. Abaray successfully argued that the Age Discrimination in Employment Act should be broadened to cover partners. In an insurance coverage class action matter involving drought insurance policies, she negotiated a multimillion-dollar settlement on behalf of a group of farmers.

    These and other successes both in and out of the courtroom have earned Ms. Abaray a great deal of recognition from her colleagues.
