Jessica Ernst is both the practice manager and a dedicated family law attorney at Ernst & Associates, LLC, located in Cincinnati, Ohio. Her leadership strengthens the firm’s ability to deliver efficient service and personalized attention during life’s most difficult transitions.

Ms. Ernst represents clients in divorce, custody, child support, post-decree modifications and protection order cases. She is passionate about educating clients throughout the legal process and approaches each matter with a blend of compassion, clarity and strategic foresight. She understands the emotional weight these situations carry and works to ease anxiety through communication and advocacy.

A native of Cincinnati, Ms. Ernst graduated from Saint Ursula Academy and went on to earn her Bachelor of Arts in business management from Ohio Christian University, graduating summa cum laude. She later obtained her Juris Doctor from the Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University. Licensed in both Ohio and Kentucky since 2023, she focuses her practice exclusively on family law matters.

Throughout her tenure at the firm, Ms. Ernst has taken on multiple roles that have proven essential to its success – managing operations, directing client communications, developing strategic processes and coordinating casework across the board.
