Currently serving clients across Cincinnati from her office at Shur Law Co., LPA, in Cincinnati, Ohio, Lauren Ashley stays dedicated to providing empathetic counsel. Dedicated to family law, she assists individuals with the intricacies of both mediation and litigation. Her comprehensive practice includes handling matters such as dissolution, divorce, child custody and spousal support, as well as protection orders, prenuptial agreements and grandparents’ rights.

Committed to helping her clients navigate the complexities of family law litigation, Ms. Ashley approaches each case with empathy and compassion, along with a passion for relentless advocacy. Understanding the emotional distress a trial can cause, she believes that alternative dispute resolution, such as mediation, arbitration and settlements, can help her clients in the long run. However, if there is a need for a trial, she stands with her client as a fierce litigator.

Before pursuing her law degree, Ms. Ashley completed her undergraduate studies in English and Spanish at The Ohio State University. She later enrolled at the University of Cincinnati, where she earned her Juris Doctor in 2020. She gained her licensure to practice law in Cincinnati in the following year. During law school, she served as a legal intern in various capacities in the field of family law. This early hands-on experience provided her with invaluable insights into the field and client service.

Outside of the courtroom, Ms. Ashley is an active member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Cincinnati Academy of Collaborative Professionals, staying up-to-date on the latest developments in family law, ensuring she provides the most informed and effective representation for her clients. She also serves as a guardian ad litem and as a collaborative law professional with the Supreme Court of Ohio, where she completed her dispute resolution education & training.
