Lindsay A. Lawrence

• A $6,000,000 verdict for injuries caused by OB/GYN negligence;

• A $3,000,000 verdict for wrongful death in Hamilton County;

• A $1,000,000 jury verdict for permanent nerve damage caused by IV infiltration;

• Multiple high seven-figure pre-trial resolutions, including recoveries of $6.5 million, $4.5 million, and $3.25 million. 

In one case, Lindsay joined a matter just weeks before trial and helped secure an $825,000 jury verdict after the defense had offered only $90,000—demonstrating her ability to step in, prepare quickly, and deliver results when the stakes are high.

Lindsay is widely respected by her peers for both her advocacy and leadership. She has been selected repeatedly by U.S. News & World Report’s Best Lawyers for Medical Malpractice – Plaintiffs and Personal Injury – Plaintiffs, named an Ohio Super Lawyer, and recognized earlier in her career as a Rising Star. She currently serves as President of the Ohio Association for Justice and holds leadership roles in national and regional organizations dedicated to protecting the civil justice system.
