Mark E. Godbey

Attorney Mark E. Godbey is the founder and owner of Godbey Law LLC, which has offices in Cincinnati, and throughout Ohio and northern Kentucky. Serving a diverse range of clients across the state, he represents the needs and interests of those who are dealing with legal issues involving:

Soon after graduating from Walsh University in 1985, Mr. Godbey attended The University of Akron School of Law, where he obtained his doctorate in jurisprudence in 1988. The Ohio State Bar Association admitted him to practice the following year. He is also admitted to appear before all the U.S. federal courts as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit. 

Highly active in his legal community, Mr. Godbey holds memberships in the Cincinnati Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, the Ohio Association for Justice and the Hamilton County Trial Lawyers Association. 

Devoted to his local community as well, Mr. Godbey serves on the advisory board of the St. Gabriel Consolidated School, and has served as a coach as well as the treasurer for Glendale Youth Sports.
