Steven C. Davis

Steven C. Davis is an attorney with Barron Peck Bennie & Schlemmer, Co. LPA, in Cincinnati, Ohio. One of the firm’s most seasoned civil trial attorneys, Mr. Davis has extensive experience in the courtroom, and he has achieved a long record of success representing the rights and interests of a diverse range of clients throughout the area in both state and federal courts who have legal needs involving any of the following practice areas:

A native of Florida, Mr. Davis obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 1986, and he practiced for 10 years in the state before joining Barron Peck Bennie & Schlemmer, Co. LPA, in 1995. While in law school, he served as research editor for the Florida Law Review and was included in the Who’s Who Among American Law Students in 1985.

Along with practicing before all Ohio and Florida state courts, Mr. Davis is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio and the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida as well as before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit, the Florida Supreme Court and the Supreme Court of Ohio.

Fully committed to his practice, he currently sits on the Ohio State Bar Association Tort and Insurance Law Committee, and he maintains an active membership with the American Bar Association.
