Tabitha M. Hochscheid

With close to 30 years of legal practice, attorney Tabitha Hochscheid has cultivated a diverse knowledge base and established a practice centered on fostering enduring client relationships. As the owner of the Cincinnati-based law firm – Hochscheid Law LLC – in Ohio, she finds fulfillment in the process of understanding her clients and their businesses, actively seeking solutions to their challenges. Her practice encompasses areas of business litigation, probate litigation and estate litigation matters.

Throughout her career, Ms. Hochscheid has honed her skills and ventured into new areas of law, driven in part by the needs of her clients, who have both required and encouraged her representation in novel legal domains. In addition to practicing law independently, she had the privilege of collaborating with the Cincinnati Bar Association to establish the Health and Well Being Committee in 2012. One of the most meaningful aspects of her work involves collaborating with fellow attorneys to reshape the legal landscape by promoting education on stress management, mental health and maintaining a balanced lifestyle.

Ms. Hochscheid was admitted to the Ohio State Bar Association in 1995, the Kentucky Bar Association in 1996 and the Indiana State Bar Association in 1996. She earned her Juris Doctor from Northern Kentucky University – Salmon P. Chase College of Law in 1995 and her Bachelor of Arts degree in history from Alice Lloyd College in 1991.

Throughout her career, Ms. Hochscheid has held various roles, including that of attorney, partner and associate at various law firms across Ohio. Her professional affiliations include being a member of the Cincinnati Bar Association's Mental Health Initiative Committee since 2020 and being a board member and general trustee for the Cincinnati Bar Association from 2015 to 2019.
