Brad Wolfe is a criminal defense attorney and the owner of the Brad Wolfe Law, L.L.C. located in Cleveland, Ohio. Serving clients in Northeast Ohio, the types of cases he takes on include internet and computer crimes, white collar crimes, DUI/OVI, sex crimes, drug crimes, theft, violent crimes, weapons crimes, traffic offenses, record sealing and expungement, and judicial releases.
Mr. Wolfe is adamant that every client should be given access to their right to fairness and justice in the legal system, and that every case deserves effective and innovative advocacy. While working on any case, he prioritizes communicating well and being compassionate from beginning to end.
A graduate of The Ohio State University, Mr. Wolfe received his bachelor’s degree in social work. He then pursued his legal education and earned his Juris Doctor from the Cleveland State University’s College of Law in 2016. In law school, he served as a clerk for the Honorable Michael P. Donnelly who is now a Justice for the Supreme Court of Ohio.
Mr. Wolfe is an active participant in prestigious legal organizations, including serving as a member of the board of directors of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association and the Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, where he also serves as the co-chair of the Technology Committee.
