Charles I. Kampinski

Attorney Charles I. Kampinski is the managing partner of the Kampinski & Roberts, LPA, law firm in Cleveland, Ohio. Moreover, he served as lead counsel in a landmark medical malpractice case involving delayed diagnosis because of altered medical records. He was able to secure punitive damages for the client, and the case received publication in Ohio's case law.

The Ohio State Bar Association admitted him to practice that same year, and he is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.

Along with maintaining a successful legal practice, Mr. Kampinski is also highly active in his legal community.
