Jonathan has obtained multiple jury verdicts more than a million dollars, including the first medical malpractice verdict in several years in Columbus, Ohio on behalf of a four-year-old girl in 2013. In each of these cases, the wrongdoer offered little or nothing to settle the case, leaving Jonathan’s clients no choice but to take the case to trial.
