Jordan D. Lebovitz is a trial attorney and partner at Nurenberg Paris Injury Lawyers. Since 2013, he has established himself as a premier trial attorney throughout Ohio and the country representing victims of truck crashes, negligent security actions, wrongful death actions, automobile accidents and catastrophic workplace incidents. In just the past 5 years, Jordan has collected over $45 million for his clients in verdicts and settlements. Jordan was also the only Ohio attorney involved in the global $800 million settlement stemming from the October 1 shooting in Las Vegas. He has been recognized by SuperLawyers as an Ohio Rising Star since 2019, and he serves on the Board of Trustees for the Ohio Association for Justice where he is the Chair of the Ab Initio Section. Some notable verdicts and settlements:

  • Plaintiff, a 40-year-old father of three, was working at an industrial site when he was struck by a forklift operated by a subcontractor at the worksite, pinning his leg against a steel barrier. He sustained a crush injury to his left leg resulting in multiple surgeries, including orthopedic and plastic surgeries. Case settled for $3,700,000.
  • Plaintiff, a 7-year-old girl, was killed when an SUV struck the rear of the vehicle, she was traveling in. Case settled for $2,750,000.
  • Plaintiff was travelling to work on his motorcycle and was struck by defendant’s SUV which was turning left in front of the plaintiff, crossing the center double yellow lines into an adjacent driveway. Case settled for $1,500,000.
  • Plaintiff, retired 65-year-old, was at an auction home when an exterior light fixture fell and struck him on the head causing head and neck injuries including a skull fracture and posterior cervical spine decompression. Case settled for $1,075,000.

Jordan is committed to working day and night for his clients to bring justice to their loved ones. Not only does Jordan have qualified practical experience in personal injury litigation, but his values that motivate his hard work are the reason he stands out: Jordan’s passion for each case with which he works is unmistakable to his clients, colleagues, and the community. He is dedicated to preventing further incidents from occurring in the future, increasing safety awareness, and giving families justice they deserve. This dedication is why Jordan went to night school at a local community college to obtain his Commercial Driver’s License (CDL). He describes his choice to pursue this license as a part of his commitment to serve and represent his clients’ full needs:

“It’s not really fair to be judgmental and pick apart what a driver may or may not be doing if you don’t really know what you’re talking about. So, I figured the best way to know what I am talking about is to go ahead and get the license myself.” -Jordan

Jordan takes the next step to become fully involved in his cases, using what he learns from his experience and CDL training. For example, he represented a woman whose car was hit by a semi-truck and analyzed the pre-trip inspection report and logbook to determine the truck driver was not telling the truth about his whereabouts before the crash. Jordan’s professional demeanor and knowledge coupled with his ability to connect with people are the reasons why a client of his who was involved in a crash wrote in a 5-star review, “[Jordan’s] empathy and understanding equaled his legal expertise.”

When he is not at the office or on the road working for his clients, Jordan likes to spend time with his wife and family, and going out for Italian food. He also enjoys running and hiking with his dog, Stevie, and going skiing.

No matter what type of case he is working on, Jordan will be with you through every step of the process and will make it his mission to get justice for your family, with the support and compassion you deserve.
