Joseph Darwal

Prior to joining Obral, Silk & Pal, Joseph worked for a civil defense firm in Cleveland, focusing on complex transportation litigation. His work in the courtroom eventually lead him to a litigation management role for one of the largest trucking insurance companies in the country. Joseph spent years defending trucks, buses, ambulances, and other commercial vehicles, in multi-million-dollar civil suits. During this time he developed a deep understanding of how insurance companies handle their claims from intake, through settlement, and eventually to trial. Now, as a member of the Obral, Silk & Pal trial team, Joseph uses his litigation skills, insurance experience, and knowledge of handling serious injury claims to fight for our clients in and out of the courtroom.
