Joshua R. Angelotta

Joshua R. Angelotta is an attorney and senior partner at Kisling Nestico & Redick LLC in Cleveland, Ohio. Mr. Angelotta handles cases involving personal injury, insurance, motor vehicle accidents, motorcycle accidents and trucking accidents, serving clients in Cleveland and throughout the state of Ohio. 

Mr. Angelotta has over 15 years of legal experience. Before joining Kisling Netico & Redick LLC, he defended insurance companies in personal injury actions. This experience gave him invaluable knowledge about how insurance companies approach personal injury cases and the strategies they used. He now draws on that knowledge and experience when representing the injured and their families. 

As a dedicated advocate for his clients, Mr. Angelotta provides personal legal guidance on each case. He understands that an injury can upend a person’s life, as well as the lives of their whole families. He is an experienced negotiator and fully capable of going to trial if that is the best way to fight for his clients to recover the compensation they deserve.

Raised in Hudson, Ohio, Mr. Angelotta earned a bachelor’s degree from Athens University in 2002. He received his law degree from Cleveland State University Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 2004. He is licensed to practice law before all Ohio state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. 

Outside of the office, Mr. Angelotta stays active in his legal community through membership in professional organizations. He belongs to the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association and the Ohio State Bar Association. He is also involved in his local community, volunteering his time to local nonprofit organizations.
