Kevin M. Norchi

Mr. Norchi is a civil litigation and trial attorney with emphasis in Medical Malpractice Defense, and Health Care law including Medical Staff and Peer Review Hearings (HCQIA), Employment, Physician Employment Contracts, and litigation of Hospital and Emergency Group Contracts. Within the area of Higher Education Law, Mr. Norchi has represented area colleges and universities in a variety of matters including premises liability, such as school shooting, employment and tenure, and sexual assault and harassment, with knowledge of FERPA and Clery Act. In our Hospitality and Retail practice, we defend Dram Shop and ADA Compliance matters. Mr. Norchi was a member of the General Liability Counsel for United Educators (2009-2015); a member of Primerus Law Firms (2004-present); and is currently serving as the Church Attorney for Episcopal Diocese of Ohio on matters of Canon Law procedure. After 20 years as managing partner of Norchi Forbes, LLC, Mr. Norchi joined Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP on January 1, 2022.
