Marco G. Bocciarelli

Attorney Marco Gian Bocciarelli, a managing partner at Friedman Domiano & Smith Co., L.P.A., isn't just a lawyer; he's a pillar of strength for his clients during their most challenging times. A proud resident of Strongsville, Mr. Bocciarelli's journey began at Kent State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in criminal justice in 2000. He then pursued his legal education at The University of Akron School of Law, obtaining his Juris Doctor in 2003. He has been licensed in Ohio since 2003.

While at law school, Mr. Bocciarelli was honored with the 2002 CALI Excellence for the Future Award in trial advocacy and showcased his skills on a nationally recognized trial team, achieving victories in numerous local and regional competitions. Initially, he honed his competence at a Cleveland law firm, defending automobile manufacturers, hospitals and medical providers. However, in 2009, he shifted his focus to championing the rights of those injured, dedicating over a decade to securing fair compensation for his clients.

Since joining Friedman Domiano & Smith Co., L.P.A., in 2017, Mr. Bocciarelli has passionately pursued justice for those harmed by personal injury. His dedication to trial law has resulted in significant verdicts and recognition from organizations like the Motor Vehicle Trial Lawyers Association and the National Trial Lawyers. Named the “Litigator of the Year” in 2020 by the American Institute of Trial Lawyers and a member of prestigious forums like the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, his commitment extends beyond the courtroom.
