Thomas J. Silk

Mr. Silk has been a life-long resident of Cleveland and is proud to have raised his family in Cleveland.  He has established himself in the Cleveland area as a formidable, compassionate, caring trial attorney with a goal of protecting those persons who need protection the most - persons injured by the negligent acts of others.

His notable accomplishments have been recognized by his peers in the legal profession as Mr. Silk has consistently received an AV rating from the Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings, the world's most trusted legal resource.  An AV rating means that Attorney Silk received an "A" (the highest) rating for competence and a "V" (very good - the highest) rating for ethics and integrity.  This distinction is awarded to less than 5 percent of all U.S. lawyers, and Mr. Silk has earned and enjoyed this rating for well over the past fifteen years.

Mr. Silk is licensed to practice in all Ohio courts, including the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States District Court for the Western District of Michigan.  Mr. Silk is a long-standing member of of the American Association for Justice, the Ohio Association for Justice, the Cleveland Academy of Trial Attorneys and The Ohio State Bar Association, one of the premier state bar associations in the Country.
