Daniel J. Matusicky

Daniel J. Matusicky is a civil litigation attorney at Arnold & Clifford LLP in Columbus, Ohio. Mr. Matusicky handles cases in the areas of business, employment and personal injury litigation. He serves clients throughout the Columbus area.

Over the course of his years in law practice, Mr. Matusicky has successfully tried and settled many complex matters. As a personal injury attorney, he has handled cases involving premises liability, wrongful death, catastrophic injuries and other issues.

Before joining Arnold & Clifford LLP, Mr. Matusicky practiced insurance defense law at a private law firm and served as a judicial clerk for the Ohio Court of Claims. He is a respected and valued member of his legal community, dedicated to providing the best possible representation to each client. 

After graduating cum laude from John Carroll University in University Heights, Ohio, with bachelor’s degrees in philosophy and creative writing, Mr. Matusicky earned his law degree from Capital University Law School in Columbus. He graduated cum laude and was a member of the Order of the Curia. Following law school graduation, he passed the Ohio bar examination, which qualified him to appear and practice before all Ohio state courts. 

Outside of his law practice, Mr. Matusicky keeps his knowledge up to date and contributes to his community through participation in professional organizations. He is a member of the Columbus Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, the Columbus Young Professionals Club and the New Albany Young Professionals. He has also participated in the Ohio Self-Insurers Association and the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance.
