Danny Newman Jr.

With over two decades of experience, Danny Newman Jr. is a seasoned litigator and trial attorney focusing on personal injury, including auto accidents, trucking accidents, motorcycle accidents, nursing home abuse, products liability law, medical malpractice, wrongful death and industrial accidents. Previously, Mr. Newman served as the managing shareholder of a satellite office for a regional insurance defense law firm, where he led the Trucking Litigation practice group and co-chaired the Long Term Care Litigation practice group. Now, he is committed to advocating for victims of negligence, passionately fighting for their rights against large corporations and insurance companies.

Mr. Newman focuses his practice entirely on serious personal injury and wrongful death litigation, representing clients who have suffered severe injuries or families who have lost loved ones due to medical malpractice, nursing home neglect, industrial accidents, defective products, and serious auto, motorcycle and truck crashes. Educated at Capital University Law School, Mr. Newman graduated summa cum laude in 2002. He is admitted to practice law in Ohio, the Commonwealth of Kentucky and the State of Indiana, allowing him to serve clients across multiple jurisdictions. His comprehensive understanding of the law and compassionate approach make him a formidable advocate in the courtroom.

Mr. Newman is actively engaged in the legal community as a Senior Fellow with The Litigation Counsel of America and a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates Ohio Chapter. He also participates in the Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys, the American Association for Justice, the Ohio Association for Justice and the Central Ohio Association of Justice.
