Attorney Dustin Blake is the founder and owner of the Blake Law Firm Co., LLC, in Columbus, Ohio. Additionally, Mr. Blake holds certification in NHTSA Standardized Field Sobriety Testing, the same certification required for police officers in OVI/DUI/DWI cases.

- Not Guilty - Murder: Client was found not guilty of murder in the Allen County Court of Common Pleas on the basis of self-defense.
- Appeal - Drug Conviction Reversed: Client entered a plea with another attorney to Drug Trafficking/Possession, a felony of the first degree, and received a 7 year prison sentence. Client retained Attorney Dustin Blake to represent him in an appeal. Attorney Blake argued that the search of the home was an illegal search and that the conviction/sentence should be reversed. The appellate court agreed and reversed the drug conviction and 7 year prison sentence. Attorney Blake was also able to get client's cash and property returned as a result of the illegal search.
- Appeal - Engaging in a Pattern of Corrupt Activity (RICO) Conviction Reversed: Client retained Attorney Dustin Blake to represent him in an appeal after being found guilty of RICO with another attorney and sentenced to 11 years on that count. After briefing and oral argument, the appellate court reversed the client's RICO conviction thereby getting rid of 11 year prison sentence on that count.
- Appeal - Felony Drug Charge Dismissed: The trial court granted attorney Blake's motion to suppress drug evidence on the basis of an illegal search and seizure. The prosecutor appealed and attorney Blake won in the court of appeals. The prosecutor then appealed to the Ohio Supreme Court. Once again, attorney Blake was victorious this time in the Ohio Supreme Court. An unparalleled three (3) victories in one case. The felony drug charge was dismissed as a result.
- Not Guilty - Sex Offense: Client was charged with Sexual Imposition in Montgomery County. Attorney Dustin Blake successfully challenged the identification of his client and the jury returned a verdict of not guilty after deliberating for approximately 30 minutes.
- Not Guilty - Felony Theft: Client charged with Felony Theft in Franklin County. After deliberation, the court returned a verdict of not guilty.
- Not Guilty - Aggravated Burglary & Felony Assault: Client charged with Aggravated Burglary and Felonious Assault in Franklin County after an alleged altercation where he was alleged of breaking into another man's house and assaulting him to the point where he lost his front teeth and also lost consciousness. After deliberation, the jury returned a verdicts of not guilty.
- Not Guilty - Domestic Violence & Assault: Client was charged with Domestic Violence and Assault charges against his wife in Franklin County. Despite his wife testifying against him, the trial judge found client not guilty.
- Not Guilty - Domestic Violence & Assault: Client was charged with Domestic Violence and Assault charges against his wife. Despite his wife testifying against him, the jury returned verdicts of not guilty after deliberating for less than an hour in Delaware County.
- Not Guilty - Domestic Violence & Assault: Client was charged with Domestic Violence and Assault charges against his estranged wife and her sister. Despite the wife and sister testifying against the client, the jury returned verdicts of not guilty after deliberating for less than an hour in Franklin County.
- Not Guilty - Felony Assault: Client charged with Aggravated Assault in Licking County after an alleged altercation where he fractured the orbital bone in another man's face. Attorney Dustin Blake argued self-defense to the jury. After a brief deliberation, the jury returned a verdict of not guilty.
- Appeal - Sex Offense Sentence Reversed: Attorney Blake represented a former criminal defense attorney convicted of sex offenses. Attorney Blake was successful in getting the sentence reversed.

- DUI / OVI charges dismissed after hearing on Motion to Suppress filed by Attorney Dustin Blake challenging the legality of the stop and arrest of client. Court determined after cross-examination by Attorney Dustin Blake that the officer failed to conduct the HGN field sobriety test correctly and did not have probable cause to arrest Defendant for DUI / OVI. Client plead guilty to minor misdemeanor marked lanes violation and paid a fine/costs.
- Client was charged with DUI / OVI after being pulled over speeding and refusing to take a breath-test. After challenging the Administrative License Suspension, Attorney Dustin Blake was able to get the prosecutor and court to agree to reduce the charge DUI / OVI charge with no license suspension.
- Client charged with Carrying a Concealed Weapon and Improper Handling of a Firearm in a Motor Vehicle, both felonies of the 4th degree. After Attorney Dustin Blake challenged the State's evidence by filing a Motion to Suppress for an unlawful search and seizure the case was dismissed by the prosecutor fearing that there would be issues in proving the criminal charges.
- Client was charged with multiple counts of felony robbery and one count of felony kidnapping along with gun specifications carrying mandatory prison time. The alleged victim's story was not reliable and Attorney Dustin Blake was able to get the prosecutor to dismiss the case prior to trial.
- Client had prior domestic violence convictions and was charged with felony domestic violence. Case was continued several times by the prosecutor and Attorney Dustin Blake was able to get the prosecutor to dismiss the case prior to trial as state was unable to present evidence after the victim failed to appear on the day of trial.
- Client allegedly ran into the back of another vehicle and drove away from the scene prior to the police arriving. The police were investigating client for DUI / OVI, hit/skip, and assured clear distance after a woman said the client smelled like alcohol. Attorney Dustin Blake was able to resolve this matter with the police without any charges being filed against client.
- Client was in nursing school. A felony conviction would have destroyed her nursing career. On the day of trial, Attorney Dustin Blake was able to get the prosecutor to dismiss the case because of issues with the victim and insufficient evidence.
- Client charged with Aggravated Assault after an alleged altercation where he fractured orbital bone in another man's face. Attorney Dustin Blake argued the defense of self-defense to the jury. After a brief deliberation, the jury returned a verdict of not guilty.
- Client charged in federal court with gun charges for selling stolen firearms and was facing up to 5 years in federal prison. After a plea, Attorney Dustin Blake was able to get the court to impose probation.
