Eric M. Brown

Eric M. Brown is one of the founding members of Wolinetz | Horvath | Brown. Together, he and the other attorneys at the firm bring 75 years of combined experience to the cases they handle. Mr. Brown primarily tackles family law cases in Columbus, Ohio. These include divorce, high-asset divorce, asset division, child custody, child support and prenuptial agreements.

As an Ohio native, Mr. Brown attended The Ohio State University. He graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in 2002. He then completed his law degree at Capital University Law School, where he graduated magna cum laude. He has since been admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio and all Ohio state courts. In addition to this, he passed a written exam on family relations law to become an Ohio State Bar Association (OSBA) Certified Specialist.

During his career, Mr. Brown's expertise has compelled event organizers and educational institutions to request him as a speaker and presenter. For example, in 2017, he presented at the Fifth Annual Family Institute. He is also a member of the Ohio State Bar Association. His work has attracted the attention of the National Academy of Family Law Attorneys. It named him among the Top 10 Under 40 Attorney in Ohio.

Outside of work, Mr. Brown focuses on spending time with his family and friends. He also enjoys sightseeing in Ohio.
