After more than four decades as an accomplished trial attorney, in 2014, Frank Ray transitioned his law practice to focus on offering his services as a private mediator.  He conducts mediations for a broad variety of civil disputes, including complex cases such as class actions and federal multi-district litigation.  Mr. Ray operates as the sole lawyer in his firm, Frank A. Ray Co., L.P.A.  When entrusted with mediation of civil disputes, he has produced a strong percentage of settlements for individuals, small and large businesses, insurers, and governmental entities.

As a mediator, Mr. Rays draws on his experience as lead counsel in numerous civil trials and appeals in state and federal courts. In his career as a trial lawyer, Mr. Ray achieved several multimillion-dollar settlements and judgments for his litigation clients, who were both individuals and businesses.

Mr. Ray only conducts his in-person mediation conferences at sites in central Ohio.  He is experienced and equipped to host remote mediation conferences using the Zoom platform.
