Focusing his practice on the area of OVI/DUI defense, Mr. Saia is often consulted by colleagues with regard to breath, blood and urine testing issues. He is certified in both the administration and instruction of DWI detection and standardized field sobriety testing, and he provides consultation services and expert testimony with respect to the administration of field sobriety tests.

In addition, Mr. Saia is certified in the operation, diagnostic verification and calibration of the DataMaster breath testing instrument. A frequent speaker at DUI Defense seminars throughout Ohio, Mr. Saia is the editor and primary contributor to On Tap, a quarterly newsletter regarding current issues related to DUI defense.
