Kelly Wick

Kelly Wick is an attorney and partner at Baker & Wick LLC in Columbus, Ohio, who practices across family law matters, including divorce, dissolution, custody, child support, civil protection orders and mediation/collaborative law. Admitted to the Ohio bar the same year, she began her legal career as a staff attorney for the Honorable Judge Kimberly A. Browne on the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas, Division of Domestic Relations and Juvenile Court. That early experience in a busy domestic relations docket gave her direct exposure to contested hearings, procedural practice and the practical considerations judges weigh in family matters.

After her clerkship, Ms. Wick joined Wolinetz Law Offices, LLC, where she practiced from 2008 until 2016, handling a broad array of family law cases and developing a command of both litigation and alternative dispute resolution techniques. In her current role, she manages complex custody disputes, negotiates support arrangements, pursues and defends civil protection orders, and regularly serves as a mediator or collaborative law participant when parties seek less adversarial paths.

Ms. Wick is an active member of the Central Ohio Academy of Collaborative Divorce Professionals and takes part in continuing legal education presentations and local family law workshops.
